Towards Rastafari global unity..."The energies which the African (Rastafari) peoples expend to this end must be fruitful and productive." H.I.M. Feb. 6, 1961 - Opening of Africa Hall.  

It as become necessary that a pro da initiative for InI inity be launch. I am recommending to the Rastafari family to take the points below into consideration as an initial jump start for Inity:  

1. A survey conducted via email to establish the venue and date for the Inity conference.  

Proposed venue: a. Africa, b. Barbados, c. Brazil, d. Jamaica, e. USA 
* Host country must plan logistics for transportation, lodging, meals, computers and training aides.  

Proposed date: around late Rastafari celebration in 2006.  

2. In considering venue, InI must keep in mind travel expense and visa requirement for InI and Ancients.  

3. Select a interim committee to plan, organize and review existing documents for Inity and working programs of Rastafari organizations, in order to facilitate efficient time tables. The interim committee should consist of: 

1. chair and co chair to preside over the Inity, 
2. document review team, recorders, legal advisors and InI historian, 
3. international coordinators - Africa, Americas, Caribbean, Europe, etc.,
4. security - for order and safety.  

4. Ancients must be present to witness and bless the Inity process - which should consist of 3 representatives of each nation where Rastafari reside, 3 from each organizations. These representatives must be selected by houses, mansions, organizations or individuals who are active works of InI developments. InI should solicit sponsorship for travel from local government ural ministry or institutions - beginning of InI reparation initiative.  

5. The African Union (A.U.) and the Pan African Commission (P.A.C) must be inform of the Inity conference and endorse it officially. In order to shine seriousness in the hearts of those participating in the InIty efforts for Africa and the diaspora developments.  

6. All houses, mansions, organizations and individuals must support the secretariat/government financially. Certified checks or money orders (no cash) should be collected after the Ilection of officers. Allowing InI financial strength and be able to set up headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Providing the nation to conduct InI affairs in the Mother land thru the support of all InI.  

7. Establish length of years officers must be in office, their duties and how many will be station at the headquarters. This must be announce before the Inity gathers. Installment of officer in Addis Ababa by May 25, 2007.  

8. Rastafari in Africa must call a continental gathering as soon as possible which will allow ones and ones to interact, reason about selection of delegates to attend the Inity, set up lobby groups on ground zero to support InI Inity and reparation and repatriation initiatives.  

9. Establish which Rastafari web site can serve the Inity efforts for gathering, reporting and surveying the points above and all other recommendation to be added to the pro da machine of the Inity conference.

It is now clear that the Rastafari Families are ready for the establishment of InI nation. However, ones and ones must be very careful on the procedure InI will utilize to manifest Rastafari global government.

It is acknowledged that without InI oneness globally, InI can fully cement our relationship with the Mother Land (A.U.) and governments in the West (U.N.). InI that keep abreast of the situation on the Mother Land knows that it going to take proper planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing any development which can benefit InI and all Africans.

I must say that the works accomplished by Rastafari on a global level, is commendable and the nation must be proud of the works of all ones moving the nation forward into the 21st Century. Those doing and continue to do the works know who they are. However, InI must now focus on the great task ahead for Iniversal Inity.

InI must start the process to promote and organize the Inity encounter for the sole purpose of Illecting the officers of InI government. call it secretariat or government, it must happen regards of conflict within each house or mansion and individuals. Where and when of this gathering, must be a decision of InI collective.

There have been word sound block on the gathering. I suggested, Brazil around Nov. 2006 and it was for 3 reason. 

1. Rastafari in Brazil is still to be link to InI family. 
2. The largest concentration of African descent lives there and 
3. Brazil, geographically is the shortest link to the Mother Land. 
4. Bongo Spear suggested Jamaica because it is Rastafari spiritual Mecca and the vast majority of ancients land houses/mansions are there. 
5. Several bredrin and sistrin from Africa suggested Africa and Nathaniel mentioned the USA.

By the way, Bredrin in Africa claims that a conference has never been stage there. I feel that the bredrin and sistrin in Africa should call an all Rastafari African Conference. This will allow the ones to know ones and ones and prepare the grounds for the global gathering. I humble opinion.

I feel the ones hearts and suggest that InI mobilize energies towards planning and organizing to implement the Inity effort. InI can devise a propaganda machine and activate it to spread the word sound where all houses and mansions on the planet are inform. What is critical to InI is to put together a team to operate the Inity effort and organize the procedures of an electoral committee. Real critical!

InI have enough documentation on Inity and development programs to establish several nations, lets bring these works under the Inity and work them out setting up a priority time table. All developmental programs which InI are engaged in now, must take on greater movement towards building and collecting InI resources in the West for Africa. "Agriculture is a sacred task." H.I.M. on Agriculture.

InI Mother land is in serious need on all aspect of human rights, social, health, economic and many developmental initiatives. InI can not go to Africa and become a burden to InI Mother Land. InI must study the situation affecting Africa and plan strategies to counter the problems there. Lets go home to build and bring forward the glory of the land once more. InI wants reparation/repatriation not Migration. InI should have the right to go and come whenever InI want.

The work is there and it is InI task to implement and manifest InI glory to the world. Africa awaits for InI Inity.

Ras Ikael: Greetings in Rastafari's Majestic mission.   It is a known fact that diasporic Africans were instrumental in the construction, maintenance and operation of the Panama Canal while many of their ascendants are still actively engaged in the waterway's routine: transit, cargo transport processing and maritime vessel registry & repair.   Following the recent Summit in Panama, which included the inspiring teleconference in support of a feasibility study for the Black Starline resurgence,  I&I emerged fully committed toward it's realization.   Rastafari Alliance in Panama is in a position to select a small delegation, whose expertise will be offered to maximize the realization of the new Black Starline.  Should the Commission, find it suitable to advance a preliminary notice for the delegates trod to Barbados, it will serve as a preamble to securing proponents in depth research and development plans.

3. The economic and disorganize conditions of InI people. 
4. No system of problem solving within InI. Enough issues can be pointed out but the above is more than enough. It have become clear that InI must do something about InI present situation.

First, InI must accept the reality of the conditions which are affecting Us as a nation; living in denial where, ones are living in a mix-up cycle. We must look at the nation with practical eye lens. The nation does not have an economic structure or program which InI can depend on. Repatriation efforts are with out arms and legs (organize committee to deal solely with the issue). This prevent InI from been creative and move anyone, commerce or to aid Africa as a collective.

Second, the situation in Africa requires InI a deeper study of the geopolitical environment of the continent. Repatriation have to be overstand as an government to government venture. In order to accomplish any grounds on the subject. InI needs to edify a solid economic foundation. whereas, one can function with a focus to assist in the developing of InI and Africa.

Third and last, we are playing the game of life without a plan to work with (no strategies as a collective). However, the move seems to be in a direction to bring forth order to the nation, with plans and objectives. InI have been attending and meeting at conference for the sole purpose of development. InI have reasoned about Rastafari villages, agriculture programs, trade, social and cultural ventures globally. Moreover, I know that these development are necessary to establish bases to collect all types goods. InI must have ways and means to live day by day as a nation. It is the simplest form to move a nation (working as a team) around the globe. Ones as Rastafari acknowledge that Babywrong displaced InI as a people making it very difficult for InI to find the basic needs to live.

I feel that InI next step is for all the wise minds of Rastafari to embrace brother and sister hood to the fullest. The nation needs the minds to build its infrastructure on paper (transparent administration). InI effort now should be to save energy and resources for the next global gathering. InI call must be to organize around bringing the nation together for InIty. Rastafari is now link globally and we must not waste time.

If the call is for InIty, then lets' work as a team and bring about Addis Ababa in InI heart. InI must keep in mind that when the nation is establish, InI representative must be station in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to conduct InI affairs with the African Union. In order to achieve nationhood, again team work is the key. It does not matter how ones feels about a particular rasta man or rasta woman. Works must go on. Rastafari don't like babywrong system yet InI work everyday in the shittem. However, InI can not work with InI rasta family. What a big denial InI is living.

So, lets' network in the spirit of the Emperor leadership words constantly and plan for the most important historical gathering of InI - Establishment of InI nation - 2006.

I have become very aware and careful in I acts of Rastafari works because of the revelations within InI doings as a people. Regardless of the negative and positive outcome of InI works. The fullness to manifest InI as a nation is in motion and must not stop moving. InI must identify and fix the negative pot holes on the road to Zion and continue the trod until InI family becomes a whole in Zion mind and land.

The recent wordsounds of Rastafari organizations and individuals ref:, Rastafari works in Hispanic America brings joy and satisfaction to I heart. It tells I that the time has arrived that InI shows raspect for ones work and request. This a major problem of the atmosphere within Rastafari family worldwide. InI must not take for granted the effort, energy and resources anyone contributes to InI nation building. Remember InI does not have a payroll for the works from InI nation. However small the contribution of ones, it should be praise and safeguarded for InI history and to benefit InI as a nation.

These manifestation and outcry just show a picture of growth and maturity within InI, a people seeking to control their fate. In order to achieve constant growth, mechanisms to protect InI works needs to be devices before contemplating any establishment of a worldwide Rastafari Executive body been installed. InI must avoid pit falls in the process and counter the negative elements amongst InI. InI must learn from InI misgivings and repair them. InI family worldwide counts with so much talented ones. However, InI greatest failure is the inability to work as a team. Everyone, should identify and know their position on the team and perform accordingly to their position. Whereas, InI can eliminate the negative elements. Although, the negative force is a part of the natural composition of the universe.

Negative elements will surface amongst InI and this is due to ones' egocentric behavior (mind set of Caesar). It seems like InI have not learned InI history or it is forgotten. Again, InI are reliving the power struggle that is taking InI away from the true purpose and mission of InI total independence from the Rome mentality. During the Emperor's journey towards the throne of Ithiopia, H.I.M. encountered and was faced with the same resistance and intrigues from the Royal families, rasses, warlords and even the church. However, the patience of H.I.M. prevailed. InI must learn from H.I.M. wise mind.

I know that InI as intelligent rastamen and rastawomen can overcome the negative and put InI egos in check. If InI can control the Caesar or Rome mentality in InI behavior, then and only then shall InI practices serve the nation to its fullness. The battle to centralize and organize is hotter bring forth lava. So InI must always remember the chant: " the hotter, the battle, the sweeter InI victory". However, many shall perish, still centralize and organize is a must.

"The acts by which We live and the attitudes by which We act must be clear beyond question. Principles alone can endow our deeds with force and meaning. Let Us be true to what we believe, that our beliefs may serve and honour Us..." H.I.M. on Character.

To live as children of H.I.M. InI must walk the walk of the Emperor and the Empress. To quote H.I.M. words without action, is just a misrepresentation of the Emperor's works. InI must live to continue the works of InI Royal father and Mother. Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen I.

Another serious shortcoming of InI is for ones to be in the presence with InI ancients. And to claim honour and joy being with the ancients. However, to care for the ancients is a question sign which InI must meditate on. InI ancients did not have the joy, privilege and opportunities which are available to InI today. The ancients suffered for InI legacy and today and everyday that passes. They are in dire needs of InI strength for food, clothing, health care, housing and education. InI are ignoring these facts within the nation and repatriation is constantly been uttered by the ancients. If InI can not provide for the ancients with their basic needs. Then InI are false prophets preaching perfect love... It is clear that repatriation seems like a smoke screen with droplets in InI environment.

What can InI do for the ancients as a collective is a question that must be answered.

If InI don't work as a team, InI will have the constant disraspect among the ones and ones, the ancients and children will continue to suffer. Therefore, I motion that the key for Inity is team work. With it the nation shall open the gates of Zion and the move forward forever shall be smooth. I pray that the Almighty Jah Rastafari, Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen I guide InI actions and protect InI from evil ways.
