Greetings in the love and works in
the vision of H.I.M Emperor Haile Sellassie The First and his perfect
balance Empress Woizero Menen The First crowned Empress on the same
day of InI Emperor's throne date.
I have received the sad news that one
of InI most raspected ancient Ras Sydney DaSilva is no longer with InI
in the flesh. May the glory of Africa take him and sit him in his
righteous place in the Iniverse.
Now that ones and ones have received
and reviewed the report
from the trod to Washington D.C. and the meeting with HIH Ermias Sahle
Selassie. I hope ones meditate on the words and content in the
report. It reflects a milestone in the trod of Rastafari globally and
the call for InI to focus on the Emperor's Pan African legacy must
and should be an eye opener to InI.
If InI follow the words of H.I.M on
¨CENTRALIZE AND ORGANIZE¨ InI must get to work to manifest these
wordsounds. For Ras DaSilva to depart InI without realizing the RCO
mission is a sad day in the history of the Rastafari movement.
InI need to stop pointing fingers and
trying to stop the work of H.I.M mandates, more so when the works is
to benefit Africa, the Rastafari nation and to restore world order.
The works of a man or woman speak
louder than words and if ones feel that I am not doing works to step
up the movement. Then I challenge anyone to present evidence to
counter or refute I works. Through the Power and spirit of InI King of
Kings, Lord of Lords, Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Earth
Rightful Ruler.... show I what I did wrong and I will surely apologize
for not doing the work and mandate of the Father of Creation.
Again review the works and reflect
now that one of InI RCO Elder is gone without fulfiling his work. Let
the focus of InI globally be the fulfiling the Creed and all other
issues and conflicts will be resolve.

works of Ras Dasilva, one who met HIM in Ja. 1966 and who worked
tirelessly to strengthen and centralize the All-Mansion Rastafari
family through the RCO. His zeal and activism will be missed. It just
reminds us that
(1) the elders are slowly slipping away from us and we
need a sustainable elders support programme in place,
(2) we need to
capture the ancient wisdom from our elders on video to be able to
properly record their trod for future generations and
(3) All-mansion
Rastafari works must continue and build on the foundations of those
who went before.

Rastafari Family,
Pardon Me if I am preaching to the
Choir--but this is a Cyberspace Memorial Service remembering and
honoring the transition of a Great Warrior SoulJAH. I therefore write
in my capacity of Rev. Queen Mother Dr. Marcia Stewart, Ordained
Minister.
InI are feeling a deep collective
loss for Our Most Esteemed Elder Ras Da Silva. He has touched our
lives individually and collectively locally and globally. InI
therefore celebrate the pioneering efforts at All Mansion Rastafari
Unity RCO -- Rastafari Centralization Organization -- undertook under
the leadership of Ras Da Silva. In my capacity as International
Ambassador of the ARK (Almighty Rastafari Kingdom), Ras Da Silva, Ras
Historian and Sam Brown worked collaboratively from the 80s. We must
celebrate his life and know we are all charged to continue with due
speed and earnest commitment to organize and centralize for the
collective and individual benefit of our families and communities of
the Empire of Ras Tafari and His Chosen Empress. The Millennium
Council is a fulfillment of the vision and works of Ras Da Silva and
RCO for a Centralized Rastafari Institution--over the years the names
changed but the focus and efforts for an All Mansions Institution has
been the battle of SoulJAHz on the Frontline. In His Lifetime, InI can
say an HIS.Storic milestone was reached when an All Mansion Council
representing Nyahbinghi, EABIC Bobo Shanti, 12 Tribes of Israel,
Ethiopian Orthodox Church, Peace Foundation, UNIA, Empress of Zion and
Rastafari Youth Initiative Council was presented to the Royal Family
in the Person of HIH Ermias Sahle Selassie. Let the Ites of Irit of
Our Elder Ras Da Silva be ever-living by ensuring that we are the
generation that fulfill the Prophecy of Ezekiel 37.
So many meetings and works to keep a
people scattered and scorned united under the banner of Truth and
Rightness of Jah. InI art the ARM--the Body of the Almighty Rastafari
Movement. The Ethio Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council is indeed
a skeleton: the bones of the Valley in Ezekiel's vision from God
Almighty Himself. (Ezekiel 37). Can these bones live? (Ezek37:3-10)
...Thus saith the LORD GOD unto these bones: Behold I will cause
breath to enter into and ye shall live. And I will lay sinews upon you
, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put
breath in you and ye shall live and shall know that I am the LORD. So
I prophesied as he commanded me... and the bones came together bone to
his bone and the breath came into them and they lived and stood upon
their feet an exceeding great army. Fronline SoulJAHz of JAH Army,
each and everyone is needed for the just governance and collective
security of the Empire of the Emperor and Empress of Zion. St. Paul
said, Each Man to his own Order! His Imperial Majesty says,
"Organize and Centralize". Agree to lovingly disagree as
"One" Army for the Collective Security of the ARK-the
Almighty Rastafari Kingdom.
In closing as America begins its one
day of Giving Thanks, I ask that you join me in a Psalm of Praise and
Thanksgiving to the Lord that though we dont have all that we need to
do all that we have to we are doing all that we can with what we do
have...

the LORD all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness; come before HIS
presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is GOD: it is he that
hath made us and not we ourselves. We are HIS people, and the sheep of
